Yes! I love my new kitchen floor. The reason for five stars though is the awesome customer service I received. Emily was great to work with, available and made me feel like she really cared that I was happy with the work, the product and the end result. Work was done and finished as promised. I definitely recommend working with Emily if you'd like your project to go as smoothly as possible.

Daren, Alberto and the whole crew were not only great at counseling and helping me pick out the right color of stain and finish, but worked within my schedule and were very courteous. Their follow-up after was quite impressive. They even helped me put pads on chair legs and move everything back. I highly recommend them to my clients and friends.

We needed repairs to solid oak hardwood flooring due to water damage and a total refinishing to the 900 square feet of continuous flooring. Daren came right away, gave us a good price, fit us right in for our time frame, and spoke to us regularly about the work.
The workers were skilled, punctual, efficient and professional.

I recently had my hardwood floors refinished and couldn't be more pleased by the result. My floors look like they were newly installed. Daren and crew were meticulous in preparing and finishing the floor.
Even a very worn spot near a door came out as beautifully as the rest. I'd recommend Babcock Floors to anyone seeking a beautiful restoration!!

Needed to replace/cover some very old laminate tile and shopped around to a few different stores. Michael at Floortex helped from start to finish, looking at numerous samples, coming out to measure the space and observe any obstacles, arranging the install and following up with minor fixes that happen after such large projects. I definitely recommend Floortex in Santa Rosa, they have a ton of great options and incredibly knowledgeable staff!

I should have written this review a year ago, sometimes we aren't as quick to give people the credit they deserve and Babcock Floors really deserves credit. They were absolutely wonderful!!!!!

We bought our house from flippers who pulled up the carpets left all the staples, nails, horribly stained destroyed areas, and gave the floors a quick dirt and dust filled coat of who knows what! Darren and his crew came in and rescued our floors, they are absolutely beautiful now. It's one of the first things people say when they see our house for the first time. On top of doing an incredible job the guys were a joy to work with! I pushed for minute details and they took the extra direction with a smile. Really
