We are new to the area so we were exploring different options to purchase cannabis. After visiting a few places we stumbled upon Aloha and we were so impressed. First the space is beautiful. There's plenty of parking. Upon entry we were greeted by their friendly staff. If you have questions ask for Ben. He took his time explaining their product offering plus as first timers we received 20% off. They have am ATM right on premise if you need cash.
Overall the entire experience was fantastic. There are so many options to purchase in Santa Rosa this will be a place we come back.

Who would have thought I'd be writing a review for a dispensery? Meeee? Lol yes shocking. I tried an edible 10+years ago so you can pretty much say I was a first timer. I always felt uncomfortable going in thinking they would judge me, but I was wrong.

This dispensery was amazing. My sisters and I walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly lady. She asked for our IDs and welcomed us in. Then 2 employee's helped us out with the thousands of questions we had. (Sorry!) Anyway, they were super friendly, informative and not judgy at all!

We ended up walking out with a few items! We tried Sativa gummies. Only took 5g since we were newbies. After 40ish minutes we started feeling the effect.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM.

Long time customer. Bought a cartridge and stopped working almost immediately. Went in to ask if I could exchange it and was told that best they could do was 30% off another cartridge.

The security grand was lookin at me hella crazy and making ugly azz faces when I walked in

I was very happy customer and happy to support them but today something very unacceptable happened I ordered online and they had some really great discounts listed up to 30% off for the cartridges I made my order I ordered a cartridge and one joint I received a phone call about 15 minutes later being told that the joint wasn't available anymore if that was okay ?? I said of course no problem since there's other joints that were listed for discount too I didn't think it would be such a big deal I get there and they didn't have my cartridge that was for sale anymore only in a half gram available and not listed for the same discount that was showing online

The point I'm trying to make is I feel that they were not being transparent at all

I am a veteran who is living disability and married .I only have a certain amount of money I can spend and I felt like the guy in the store kept showing me expensive joints instead of showing me items closer to my price range and also he told me that the cartridges were on sale every Wednesday for 15% off but online they were showing up to 30% so I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency and honesty I will not be going back again.
