I would give them negative stars if I could. When we moved in they kept telling us "you get what you paid for". Well, the gym and clubhouse have been closed for months now due to mildew with no reopening date on sight, and the management's way to address is to offer "continental breakfast" once a week? How about you reduce our rent for the inconvenience or at least pay for the gym membership I had to get due to to the inconvenience?
Also, good luck trying to ever get a response in regards to anything from management, which is not really surprising since not a single manager seems to not last even a month. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!Helpful 3Thanks 2Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Everything about living here is great and all, except the only problem is my upstairs neighbors who are constantly stomping, being so loud god knows what they are doing and not to mention their dog is just always barking. I have spoke with management and sent emails and nothing is being done... the only person who reassured me about my neighbor's and always tried her best was Mariana unfortunately she doesn't work here anymore.

I absolutely love living here! There are so many great amenities( 24 hour gym, pool, hot tub, Amazon Hub & Clubhouse), great location and super kind and responsive staff. (:

This seems to be very misleading and I wish there were honesty and transparency or respect the terms I signed already.

I found 38° North while searching in the area as I will be transferring for work this summer. Nothing seemed more perfect than a brand new construction home (I'm a germaphob, renters are gross. I want to be the first to live there) and was able to schedule a tour with the community director, Brittany. She was so helpful!! She showed me everything about the apartment, and answered all 8,542 questions I had (because that's who I am as a person) with knowledge and patience. The place is INCREDIBLE and my application process was a breeze even during this Covid disaster. I can't wait to move into my perfect new apartment home! If you're considering moving to the area, chose 38° North! One, because it's perfect, but two, because I would like neighbors. Hope to see you around, neighbor!
