Our 18 year old refrigerator suddenly failed by blowing warm air in the top and in the bottom freezer. Over the years we replaced the ice maker and control board but this looked like a compressor problem. Needed to either get it fixed or replaced ASAP. Didn't want to invest much more in an older appliance. Bought a lot of ice and tried to save whatever we could. Off to Tee Vax where we have been a long time customer.
Fortunately Adam in service was able to find another control board in stock but our symptoms were more serious this time and that was not the solution.
We looked through the store and with the help of Denise we found the perfect replacement. Ordering a new one would take a few weeks and we asked if we could buy the floor model. Denise checked and was told we could. Now the next question... when could it be delivered? Within three business days.
When Joel arrived, first thing in the morning, with our new refrigerator he was exceptional and more than we expected. Since it was raining Joel laid down a runner to protect our carpet. He carefully removed the old one and visually inspected the ice maker water line. He installed the new one and carefully leveled and reinstalled it in place.

Steven assisted us with our appliances and he introduced us to Lorna our designer specialist.
We told Lorna what we wanted and she put it on paper.
We went from a 1986 apartment style kitchen to exactly what we asked for.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher 9 years ago from TeeVax and it just wasn't cleaning well anymore no matter what I tried. I went in and Justin suggested I try Miele detergent before unhappily buying a new one. And the detergent works! I saved money this month!

I've driven by many times and thought this place was like an industrial supplier of goods. Searching for better brand appliances online the Miele site directed me here.
I came through the door and was greeted by Philip. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me their selection, which is surprisingly vast with a great selection of higher end brands, like Hestan and Tru, which were new to me.
I found some great options for our remodel, of course mine aren't on sale, but there are some excellent prices on various markdowns and definitely worth a visit.
What I appreciated most was the attention and care I received from Philip, who was friendly and attentive, providing me with measurements of my options on tear sheets.

Over the years we have grown to expand our portfolio of options to include luxury, High-end appliances, apartment grade units and everything in-between. I spoke with Philip and he informed me you liked the Hestan 36” dual fuel range in Citra Orange. We are going to mark the display unit down soon and bring in a different configuration. Kept the dish washer. It's working acceptable.
TeeVax made an effort; but, we were tired of
the hassle, just decided to move on. Replacing the marginal machine with a more expensive upgrade was too expensive, and who knows if the added bells & whistles would prove out to be the "Cat's Meow."
Appliance's today are becoming too complicated. Not the retailer's fault. We purchased from TeeVax in the past, probably will go back. THEY MADE AN EFFORT!
We like to buy local if possible. We are considering another appliance at this time. Read the reviews of competition to TeeVax... going back to TeeVax

Hello Gary,
I am sorry to hear about your frustration with your new dishwasher.
I see that our sales manager, Christopher called and spoke with your wife and offered the following options:
1) Return the dishwasher for a full refund.
2) Allow you to upgrade to a different model of your choice and only pay the cost difference between the dishwashers, we will take care of the delivery and installation charges.
Please let us know your decision within 2 weeks as this is already outside of our normal return / exchange protocol.
Thank you,Nov 3, 2022Previous reviewAfter a couple of month with our new dishwasher we are very unhappy. It's a poor design. Drawers come off track very easily, dishes not real clean, finding screws in trap... you get the idea.
Service people have been out several times. Most recently on a warranty visit after our complaints. Result; "dishwasher working as designed." Advice; "talk to your sales person"
Will keep you advised as to how the store handles this.
Post note: we've owned Bosch products in the past. We're very surprised at what we believe to be a substandard machine to the Bosch reputation of excellence.Aug 13, 2022Previous reviewLooking for a dishwasher and found Denice. I had the best experience from the team at TeeVax. Phil B was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought a Bosch 800 series refrigerator and it's wonderful piece of equipment. The show room is beautiful and it has so many different appliances. I could have spent all day in there. The delivery was easy and quick. Thanks again Phil.

My wife and I were in need of a new refrigerator, not wanting to go to the big box stores, where the employees wear blue or orange, we decided to keep it local and went to TeeVax. Upon our arrival we were met by Denise our sales agent. She listened to our needs, brought us into the sales floor, introduced us to some refrigerators that might work for us, decided on a refrigerator, wrote up a sales contract, set a delivery date, shaking hands with Denise and leaving TeeVax, about 35min after we arrived.
David our driver with our delivery was conscientious and able to install without too much trouble. However, only 4 stars because we were told that on the day of delivery, we would get a call giving us a more firm time for the delivery, however, David didn't call with an ETA. We will use Tee Vax again.

Bought a refrigerator, microwave and range hood. Experienced great customer service and was very impressed with the installation. The appliances arrived on time and Sean did an excellent job with the microwave and range hood. The framing around the microwave is so professionally done and he went above and beyond removing 2 little wasp nests and updating the electrical in order to install the range hood along with a missing damper. Even vacuumed up after himself! Brandon was very careful and efficient in removing my old refrigerator and hooking up the new one. I typically sought out bargain appliances at Home Depot, but truly appreciate the service at this local business and the expertise of the installers. Sean and Brandon were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would whole-heartedly recommend TeeVax for your appliance needs.
I normally don't gush about appliances, but I LOVE the lighting in my refrigerator! It reminds me of Carrie Bradshaw's remodeled walk-in closet where she set her new Manolo Blahniks. I want to display diamonds and jewelry in it! I have been purchasing appliances from TeeVax for 25 years, but my latest experience has been disappointing. We purchased a top of the line Speed queen washer that the salesperson recommended. the machine did not work correctly and froze at the spin cycle the first time we used it. after 2 weeks and 1 service call, we still do not have a working washing machine. We have inquired multiple times to have the machine replaced, and have been told by both the salesperson and the service department that a manager would call us, who never does. the service department has offered to order parts and fix the machine, which could take weeks. this is a brand new machine that should be replaced.
I have currently been waiting 2 months for a microwave I purchased from them less than a year ago to be repaired.
Update: Teevax has repaired the washer, and will be replacing the microwave after confirming with the manufacture that the parts are not available. It took longer that I would have liked, but they ultimately made it right.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

After my review was posted, I got a call from the Christian. He said he would pay for the parts for a new motor and housing for my Electrolux dryer and only charge me $120 for labor. He said it was very unusual for the motor to break on the dryer in less than three years.
I was able to get a refund from the other service company for everything but the $99 service fee.
Teevax ordered the parts and as soon as they came in, they fixed it. Yay! After two weeks without a dryer, we have a working dryer again!

Teevax didn't sell those brands anymore because they didn't last. We could expect the Electrolux to last 10-15 years.
We have had our Electrolux dryer less than three years and the motor stopped working. When we called Teevax this week about a repair, we told Diane in service there was a loud noise and then it stopped. She said we had to unplug it and wait thirty minutes and try it again. I thought that was a ridiculous suggestion. Online it says three minutes, not thirty minutes.
Then she said she didn't have any time to repair it until four days later and she couldn't give me a specific time until the night before. I was unimpressed.
I called another repair service and they came out in two days. They gave me a specific time and the name of the person who would be coming out.
As I said, the motor stopped and is no longer working. It will cost us $500 to fix it and we will be without a dryer for two weeks while they order the part.
First of all, I don't think the sales people should promise or even mention 10-15 years for an appliance to last. Then expectations are too high. Second, try to offer better service. Be clear about when you can offer someone to fix it. Give a time frame and a name.
I am giving three stars because we bought six appliances from you in late 2020 and five are still working.
