Exclusive Spa

I had a great layering haircut by Ruth at Exclusive Spa yesterday- and it looks great! I have long- nearly to my waist- hair that is transitioning to grey. I had not had a real haircut other than simple trims since the pandemic and it was beyond time for some hair care.
In barely more than an hour Ruth did a great cut and a split ends treatment that made my hair so much softer and fuller- and she was able to leave much of the length. It looks SO much better. Ruth also had some great tips for how to keep my hair looking good as it transitions to grey.
As people with long hair know, it can be a little unnerving to get your hair trimmed- more than once I've had people cut off much more than I wanted or asked for. Not only does Ruth listen- she does a great job getting fullness and making long hair look good. I think she also does extensions for people wanting add length.
This was my first visit to Exclusive Spa at this location- they used to be downtown. I love how easy it is to park and no meters to worry about while I'm getting worked on and the shop is cute and comfortable.

I love getting my haircut and styled by Omani. She is very professional and always does a great job with my hair. I have a lot of hair and I have a hard time trusting anyone with it. I can always count on Omani to help me achieve my hair goals so thats why I keep going back to see her. The salon is so cute and the owner Ana does an excellent job managing it! I would totally recomend this salon; they always make me feel good!

What a great experience with Alexa. She was so nice and pleasant and really fast with my manicure. Will be seeing her again in two weeks.

I went to exclusive spa for the first time and Alexa did my hair. Which was more than challenging because I am a recovering impulsive bleacher. She took her time and made me fell very comfortable even though I was a little insecure about the state my hair was in when I arrived. When I left It felt soft and healthy. Thank you Alexa for making me feel beautiful and confident again. #customerforlife

Took my wife here, homeless people flooded the parking lot. Normally i don't mind them but i felt extremely unsafe here when walking to and from our car. Would not go here, definitely not family friendly. Service was mediocre, staff was stuck up and rude and the techs were okay, not skilled at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The receptionist at this salon was extremely rude and disrespectful. It's the day before my wedding and so I made an appt months ago however I was running 30 minutes late, which is totally on me. I called to kindly let them know that I was running late and asked what the options were/ possible solutions and she went ahead and canceled my lash lift appointment without speaking to me and then continued to charge me the full amount. Apparently the technician didn't want to work with me because the Salon failed to communicate that I had switched from extensions to a lift and then because "I cancelled." Mind you, they cancelled without telling me and then still charged me the full amount. The receptionist had such an attitude from the minute I called, offered no solutions, and the minute we hung up they charged me for everything (lashes, waxing, and nails). Such a joke. Get off your high horse!
