Bravo Restoration & Construction

I rarely write reviews but this time I just had to take a moment and thank the excellent team at Bravo, and in particular Gaby, Suzana, Mayra and Janisha. These women have been responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all, kind. When you have to call a mold or water damage company it's a pretty stressful time and it is invaluable to encounter qualities such as these. HIGHLY recommend these folks!

I got a roof leak a couple of days before Christmas. Bravo came out quickly and took care of the affected area. The drywall had to be replaced and my cabinets had to be removed, which made me quite nervous as they are only about a year old. But they were taken down safely. Beto was working on my project and helped put my kitchen back together. He put the cabinets back up by himself, which was very impressive! He was very nice and didn't very nice work!

In November 23, I had the best experience with Bravo Restoration : both the damage cleanup of the water damage, and the repairs were only inconveniences. Alex, Jose and Victor were careful and very efficient. They monitored the humidity level every day.Beto and Antonio (the repair team) were professional, respectful and fast. Danielle (the project manager) was perfect, responsive. Even the office assistants were very kind.Thank you so much to all of you !

Water heater drama! I woke one morning to a wet spot in my carpet. Couldn't figure out how water could have gotten there and quickly realized my water heater was on the other side of the wall. Well, it was leaking! I had the heater replaced that same day but found that the water had gotten into the sheet rock. Not good.

Fortunately, I had worked with Bravo before so I knew to call them right away. Bravo to the rescue, again! They sent someone out to assess the damage right away. The following business day, I received a call from Nicole to go over the plan and the team was sent out to start the clean up.

I just want to thank them all for making such a scary situation so manageable. Stevie, Danny, Dana, Gyvong, and Mikey - you were all so professional and so kind. Thank you for taking such great care of my home and me!

Bravo is who you call if you want a job well done and to be treated with respect!

In Summer of 2022, we had a water leak in our house the day before a trip that couldn't be rescheduled. Bravo was at our house within two hours cleaning up the damage, while a plumber stopped the leak. They also set up industrial dehumidifiers. Another Bravo rep came to appointment with our contact and was there for the insurance company.
The women who came to our rescue were thorough and had a good attitude, as did Tony from Bravo, who helped days later.
Highly recommend Bravo for problem assessment, mold remediation and restoration.

I am very pleased with the work from bravo /restoration from susana,mayra,and victor. the customer service was outstanding with communication and the work that was done in my bathroom it was very thorough and efficient . I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with the bathroom demo or any demo.

I was very pleased with the service provided by this female focused business. As a woman of color, imagine my surprise when 3 women of color showed up to do all the work to my home. I feel like women are often looked over for construction/restoration types of jobs. They were professional and efficient. Mayra,Maria,and Suzana were rock stars and swung a mean hammer. I appreciate businesses that utilize the workforce that make up their community. I'm more than satisfied with the outcome or their work!

Nicole, Robert, and the entire staff were amazing and helpful during our stressful time. No one likes to live in a warzone via a flood. Bravo Restoration helped us out and accommodated all our needs. Thanks everyone

We had Beatrice & Linder from BRC just do restoration from some water pipe leak. Had to replace some subfloor & flooring. They were very professional. Worked around my schedule, efficient & fast.
Great Job.
