Really, my most important responsibility is to invite the right people to affiliate with Coldwell Banker. As a non-competing branch manager, I search for people who are interested in achieving personal goals that match the unique culture within the Petaluma office. I am searching for independent agents who already are, or desire, to become “A” players.
